Conference Introduction The 2nd International Conference on Optical and Terahertz Communications and Future Networks (OTCN 2026) will be held in Singapore, from September 11-13, 2026 (hybrid both in person and online). Building on the success of the first edition held in Japan, OTCN 2026 will continue to bring together leading researchers, engineers, industry experts, and innovators from across the globe to share groundbreaking work and foster collaboration in optical and terahertz communications, future network systems, and emerging applications. We warmly invite submissions worldwide to shape the future of communication technologies. Main Topics The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: T1: Optical Communications and Networking T2: Terahertz Communications and Networking T3: Future Networking Architectures T4: Emerging Optical & THz Technologies T5: Wireless and Intelligent Communication Technologies T6: Standards and Policy T7: Applications and Use Cases OTCN 2026 Publication Papers submitted to OTCN 2026 will be reviewed by conference committees. Accepted and presented papers will be included in OTCN 2026 Conference Proceedings published by SPIE, and submitted for inclusion in major databases such as EI Compendex and Scopus.
