Our flagship annual summer school is finally coming back!
NGSchool 2022: Machine Learning in Computational Biology will be held in person, from the 15th to 23rd of September in Jab?onna palace near Warsaw, Poland.
#NGSchool's program hosts introductory sessions, workshops, lectures, hackathons projects, and social events.
The topics we will cover during this year's summer school include:
- Introduction to statistics and machine learning in biology
- Linear methods for regression and classification
- Cross-validation and model selection
- Clustering and tree-based methods
- Deep learning and natural language processing
