It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 6th International Forum on Signal Processing (IFSP 2026) in Harbin, China during July 10-12, 2026. It is organized by Harbin Engineering University, China; co-hosted by College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China, Yangtze Delta Region Advanced Research Institute of Harbin Engineering University, China and National Key Laboratory on Blind Signal Processing, China; assisted by Chengdu University of Information Technology, China, Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China and Center for Underwater Embodied AI, China.

IFSP 2026 is dedicated to promoting research and development in all aspects of signal processing, and we welcome paper submissions from all branches of signal processing, as well as their applications or other related topic areas. Our areas of interest include, but are not limited to, image and video processing, speech and audio processing, signal processing for communication systems, signal processing for biomedical applications, machine learning for signal processing.
