ICOCE 2025 Shining Points: 

1. All accepted papers of ICOCE 2025 will be published as international conference proceedings in Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be submittted to EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing.

2. We have invited three ourstanding Professors to join our conference and do keynote speeches. They are Prof. Joseph Kim from California State University Long Beach, USA, Assoc. Prof. Chian Siau Chen, Darren from National University of Singapore, Singapore and Assoc. Prof. ONG Ghim Ping Raymond from National University of Singapore, Singapore.
