 -English is the official language. Paper should be prepared and presented in English. 

 -Full paper (no less than 8 Full Pages) submission is required for Publication and Presentation. The maximum paper length is 10 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references, and extra page will be charged.

 -If you want to make a presentation and publish your paper, submit a full paper; just want to make a presentation, abstract is enough.
