Welcome to attend the 2023 Asia Conference on Blockchain Technologies (ACBT 2023), which will be held in Seoul, South Korea during April 27-29, 2023.

Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Selected papers with extended version will be published in the International Journal of Blockchain Technologies and Applications in regular issue free of charge.
