ICEME 2023 will be held at Beijing Grand Gongda Jianguo Hotel, Beijing, China during 21-23 July, 2023. ICEME seeks to encourage regional and international communications and collaborations, to promote professional interaction and lifelong learning procedures, to recognize outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations, and to encourage researchers to pursue studies and careers in developments of theory and applications.

The organizing committee sincerely welcome scholars and experts in the relevant fields of the conference to deliver an invited speech. Welcome to participate!
