Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees and all peer-reviewed papers accepted by ICIEE2023 will be published in International Conferene Porceedings, which will be submitted to ISI Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index), Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc for indexing.

A set of selected papers with extended parts will be published in the International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering & Telecommunications, which will be indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, Citefactor.
