2023 12th International Conference on Computer Technologies and Development (TechDev) will be held in Rome, Italy during October 14-16, 2023.

The organizing committees offers virtual participation as an option for authors who may not be able to make internatioal travels to attend the conference, who can present their papers online with reduced registration fee, which is to say, the conference may be held in a hybrid mode based on the situation.

- Publication -

** Conference Proceedings

Submissions will be sent to at least two conference committee members for peer review. Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in conference proceedings, and submitted for abstracting and indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

** A few set of extended papers will be recommended to International Journal of Future Computer and Communication for peer review, and accepted papers will be published free of charge, which will be indexed by Crossref, Electronic Journals Library, INSPEC(IET), Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.

1. The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 4 full pages and prepared carefully according to the conference template.

2. Abstract submission is acceptable but it will be accepted for presentation only.
