WSCE 2022 is intended to serve as a forum for the communication engineering community to collaborate on topics ranging from network, wireless, and system, to create new and innovative technologies. It is sponsored by Science and Engineering Institute, IEEE Japan Council, IEEE Tokyo Section, co-sponsored by Nagoya University, Nagoya Institute of Technology etc.
All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the accepted papers will be published in the * IEEE conference Proceedings*, which will be inclusion into IEEE Xplore, *EI Compendex and Scopus*.
