The first three editions of the conference took place in Hong Kong in 2018, in Singapore in 2019 and 2020, and each was a success. This has encouraged the organizing committee to take this tradition to the next level by organizing the 4th edition of this conference in Sanya, China, where all stakeholders working on various aspects of image and graphics processing can come together. 

The aim is to make this event a forum for discussion, knowledge exchange and fruitful interactions among participants in this exponentially growing field. Stakeholders from academia and industry as well as from governments and research institutes are welcome to join this event and share their findings on various topics related to conference. 

We are very enthusiastic about this 4th edition conference and are relying on you to make it a successful event. Accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8910-5), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
